Despite business success, my professional life is littered with moments of inauthenticity as I tried to sell something that wasn't fully in alignment with my strengths and with my working genius.
It created trial, error, stress and frustration.
It all started with a desire to sell natural products with my wife that helped her get off anti-depressants and enjoy improved health.
I tried to sell the products the way she did and the way other dynamic women did and it felt so fake.
Instead, I chose to build a million dollar aromatherapy e-commerce business that was focused on helping Wellness Advocates have the right tools for their success.
Over time I realized the customers I tried to serve didn't have enough CLARITY to be successful. They needed more clarity and fewer "tools."
Ultimately I landed in leadership development where I began to develop the Strengths Based Authentic Marketing Plan for network marketers.
