REFUNDS

The refund policy depends on the products/services you have purchased. 

For Coaching/Consulting Services, refunds are available for UNUSED sessions. Used sessions will be charged at $250/session. For example, if you purchase 10 Sessions at a discounted price, but only use two and would like to cancel the rest, you will be charged $500.00 for the two sessions and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. 

For Group Programs (Advanced Mastermind, Authentic Marketing Plan) I offer a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee if you are not satisfied with the group experience. 

For Courses (R.I.S.E.) once you have accessed THREE modules within the course (or after 30 days) you will be ineligible for a refund. If you have specific questions about the content, you can reach out to us and we can hop on a short Google Meet or phone call to help you with any questions you might have. 

For Demos/Sessions , you may request a refund within 15 days of purchasing the session as long as we have not begun our session together. I'm flexible with reschedule requests, however if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled more than TWO times, there will be no refund and a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be applied and need to be paid before completing the session.

For Assessments, once our team sends you an assessment code via email to take one of the assessments, there will be no refund offered. Codes are delivered by the noon of the NEXT business day.

PRIVACY POLICY

Our website does not collect any cookies or any other data about you. 

We will not share your private information with others. 

If you subscribe to email notifications we will not email you excessively. You can unsubscribe at any time. When you purchase a product or service, most email will be directly relevant to the product or service you purchased.
